The Office 2.0 Conference isn’t just about office applications or collaboration but another big part of the conference is mobility. Almost all attendees have an iPhone and a lot of companies here launching iphone versions of their services.

EditGrid is amongst those who are officially announcing iPhone edition at the launchpad session. What’s unique is they have created a 2-finger scrolling to view the pocket spreadsheets. They also have different modes for optimization specifically for the iPhone.

• Edit Mode: Optimized for editing small spreadsheets
• View Mode: Optimized for browsing larger spreadsheets
• Hybrid Mode: Optimized for browsing and editing larger spreadsheets

This is news for users in the US and in Europe and unfortunately, consumers in the Asian market will have to wait until Apple launches their phones in Asia.
