My friends from Entrepreneur27 Singapore has organized a great event for the community there. It’s happening this Wednesday, June 25th, 2008 at Timbre @ The Substation (Singapore, of course). The eBay.dev.shack event is a conference for the developer community there or in Asia to get a peek into eBay and Paypal widgets as well as other developments and for those interested in developing their own service/widgets on the eBay and Paypal platform using their APIs.
After the conference, there will be a competition where participants will be able showcase their skill and creativity and have a chance to win $25,000SG in cash prizes from eBay and Paypal. Also, there will be an auction, but you’ll have to go to know what that’s about.
If any Hong Kong developers are interested, it’s just a short flight there and you still have time to register and plan for this. You can register on their Facebook event page or on their wiki.
